Quotes are valid for 7 days.

Prices are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Payment:

STRICTLY full payment before goods will be released.

When paying electronically, please select Email Confirmation directly from the online banking site or app.

Due to fraud: Faxed, scanned, screenshots, SMS’s, pdf and printed payment confirmations to be cleared before goods are released.

Cash deposits & Cheque deposits are not accepted due to high banking fees.

Prices & Stock levels may change without notice, at any given time.

Returns/Refunds

No returns or refunds after 14 days. It is your responsibility to check all goods as soon as they are received.

Minimum handling fee on return of correctly supplied parts = 15%. No questions asked.

No shipping charges will be refunded. Shipping will be charged for orders that were sent under our free shipping policy.

Items imported or specially ordered (buy-in) items which are not stocked, are not refundable.

Electrical items are not refundable.

Delivery & Carriage:

Delivery addresses and contact persons have to be easily accessible.

Skidloaders is not responsible for delayed deliveries, tracking, loss, theft or damages by courier services. Delivery dates & lead times are estimates & although we will do our best to achieve the given lead times, Skidloaders will not be held responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control. Skidloaders will not be held responsible for any loss in profit or damages due to late delivery.

There is no insurance on carriaged goods. Should you need insurance, you will have to arrange the transport and insurance.

Warranty & Liability:

Warranties are only valid within South Africa and exclude abuse & neglect. Simex – 1yr manufacturer’s defect warranty, M3 – 1yr manufacturer’s defect warranty, Poqutec – 1yr manufacturer’s defect warranty, Augertorque – 1yr manufacturer’s defect warranty, U.emme – 1yr manufacturer’s defect warranty, Cangini – 1yr manufacturer’s warranty, Kuyashi – 6 month manufacturer’s defect warranty. Tyres & rims are not covered by warranty. Warranty claims do not include travel and/or collection & delivery charges. Skidloaders do not go out to site for warranty claims and/or repairs. Skidloaders will not be held responsible for any damage loss or injury that may occur while using any of our products or attachments.

Tyre Fitment:

Skidloaders offers free tyre fitment of tyres purchased from ourselves, in our own workshop. We do not go out to site for tyre fitment and we do not fit tyres purchased elsewhere. We do not fit tubes. Skidloaders will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur to the rims, tyres (new or old), tubes or valves during the stripping and fitting process. We are not responsible for cleaning, repairing or reconditioning rims while fitting new tyres.
